Bogdan Petrea, is the founder of Quadral Capital. He is responsible with the development and co-ordination of projects undertaken by the firm.

He started in investment banking in 1997, having worked with several international investment banks active in Central and Eastern Europe. He is one of the first professionals initiating investment banking in Romania

As part of several corporate finance teams in London and Bucharest he was responsible for origination and execution of mergers & acquisitions, privatisations, and corporate advisory mandates on behalf of international and Romanian private and governmental clients.

Before founding Quadral Capital, Bogdan worked with West Merchant Bank & WestLB Panmure in London, CA IB (Creditanstalt Investmentbank) in Bucharest and Belgrade, and KPMG Romania. He gained an MBA in London and an Electrical Engineering degree in Bucharest.

Bogdan is in permanent contact with numerous firms and entrepreneurs in Romania as well as financial institutions, private equity firms, and foreign companies expanding in Romania.
